One Month Custom Meal plan and Workout Routine

​When purchasing you receive, one month of:
Personalized meals (4-6 meals a day for 4 weeks). Plans are easy to follow and tell you exactly WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat it. All macronutrients and calories are calculated for the perfect formula to achieve your goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, lean muscle gains, shredding, or toning/defining, the meal plans will get you there QUICKLY!

Workouts routines. Workout routines (5-6 routines each week with one day of rest). Your routine will directly correlate to your goals and will only include equipment you have available to you. Each routine is detailed and easy to follow but will be unique and unlike any other routine you have ever tried. Exercises, sets, reps, rest time, cardio, and abs are all included in each routine. A completely new routine is provided every 4 weeks to ensure your body doesn't become acclimated to your workout. Gym membership NOT required.

Detailed cardio routine. Depending on your goals, your routine may or may not include cardio. If it does, you will receive a detailed cardio routine that specifically tells you exactly what to do.

Detailed ab routine. Each workout routine includes a detailed ab workout that should be done 3-4 days per week.

​Supplement recommendations. This is a complete list of supplements that I have PERSONALLY tried and recommend. From proteins to pre-workouts, I list the supplements that have been essential in getting me where I am today!

Questionnaire. After you have paid for the program, a questionnaire will be sent to your email. The questionnaire is important in determining what your ideal diet will consist of.

I can't say enough good things about Danny. Seriously the best experience I could have hoped for. I had worked with a few trainers online before Danny and those experiences were not the best, to say the least. I thought Danny seemed like a great guy so I figured I'd give online training one more try. And I was right. He was so incredibly supportive and understanding and he was always there to answer any questions I had. I joined his 16 Week Transformation Program and lost 33lbs. Losing weight is never easy, but Danny made it more bearable than it's ever been. Thank you Danny!!

Blown away with the progress I made in my 16 week program with Danny! I have tried every diet/program out there, and nothing seemed to work for me. Either I followed it and saw no results, or it wasn't sustainable long term. Danny's program worked for me (I burned a ton of fat and actually built a little muscle too) and he actually made it easy for me to stay on track. I absolutely recommend Danny. Great trainer and great person.

I signed up for DJFit and I've had some awesome progress so far. I've tried some online programs from other trainers before and they either didn't care whether or not I succeeded or they didn't even bother to return my emails. Danny has been available 24/7 to help me. I've put on 5lbs of mostly muscle in 4 weeks and I'm planning on signing up for at least another 4!

This experience was amazing. Danny explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. I'm no longer the girl that is intimidated to workout around the guys in the gym. I actually feel like I know more than 90% of them now haha. I'm not the quickest to give a great review, but I do it when it's well-deserved. Danny, awesome job! I just finished up Danny's One Month Makeover Contest and I am BLOWN AWAY with what I was able to do in 30 days. I've tried dieting and working out on my own over the last 1 and a half years with minimal success. I've dropped a little weight but nothing to brag about. During the Makeover Contest, in thirty days, I lost 18lbs!!!! Crazy. I feel better, look better and all of my coworkers are asking me how I did it. I'm officially a believer!
